Tonight we went to The Fullerton Hotel and enjoyed a chocolate buffet! A buffet is when you can eat as much as you like!! My favourite things were the marshmallows. Mum loved the hot "chilli" chocolate and Lachlan loved the chocolate fondue. We went with our friends Michael, Shae, Mika and Tara Jay. They loved it too. After we got home we flashed our lights to Tara Jay and Mika because we can see their building from our room. They flashed theirs back!

Ferrari Shop
There is a Ferrari Shop at Marina Bay. It has a real Formula 1 inside. There are little models of Lamborgini's and Ferraris. There are even little teddies wearing Formula 1 race suits. I love going to this shop because it has lots of cars and there is a little peddle car just like a normal Ferrari!! I would love to own it but everything in this shop is VERY EXPENSIVE!!

Monday BBQ
On Monday we went to some old friends of Mum and Dad for a BBQ. We had a great day. The best bit was when their Chinese neighbours had some people come to do a Dragon Dance for Chinese New Year. The people were nice and let us follow them into their house!! At the end the dragons ate some mandarines and spat out the skin! It was very loud and after that we went in the pool.

Chinese New Year's Eve
Today it is Chinese new year 's Eve. It is the year of the Dragon. The dragon is special because it is the only creature that is not real in the Chinese yearly calendar. I found out I was a monkey and Lachlan was a big ol' pig! Happy New Year.

Mum's Cooking Class
Tonight we went to a cooking class with Mum. She was learning how to cook "Butter Chicken" with her friend "Miranda". After they finished cooking we took off our shoes and got to go upstairs. The tables were were low to the ground and we sat on soft cushions. I didn't try Mum's Butter Chicken but I think she would have done a good job!

Sentosa Island and Fort Siloso
On Monday we had the best day ever. We went on a Cable Car to Sentosa Island and spent the day exploring Fort Siloso and swimming at the beach. The weather was really sunny and warm.
These are the cable cars. It was really high! |
Daddy and I were chillaxed! |
Mummy and Lachlan were a bit scared. Mummy said a prayer! |
There was a museum there with lots of old cable cars. This one was made of Lego. Sam, you would have loved it. |
This is the cable car I went on with Mum and Dad 7 years ago. |
We caught an old army bus up to Fort Siloso. |
This is where the Japanese snuck up and took over Singapore in World War 2. We saw lots of guns, tunnels and heard army sounds. |
Afterwards we went to Siloso Beach for a swim. |
We had fun playing with some school kids from China. It was a great day! |

Chinese New Year
We live near China Town. It is nearly Chinese New Year here and we have been going there and buying lots of decorations.
China Town has lots of people at night but it's much quieter during the day. We have had fun decorating our own place! There are lots of red decorations and they have these very loud crackers that scare us! We think they do it to scare evil spirits away.
Our favourite stall to buy decorations. |
Outside a Chinese Temple |
Inside the Chinese Temple! It was very scary because there were big faces on the wall! |
Chinese Lanterns |
Our house looks like it's from China! |

We saw a very fast car the other day. It was a lamborgni.
Here are some pictures of it. We have seen lots of other expensive cars including Maseratis and Porches.
